Customer Responsibilities:

  • 24 hour cancellation policy
  • Subject to cancellation, fee of 30% of the agreed upon price.
  • The vehicle must be accessible at the agreed location and time.
  • All valuables and personal belongings should be removed prior to service
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle

Service Disclaimer:

  • Our detailing is done by hand using industry-grade tools and products
  • Paint correction aims to reduce or eliminate swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation but cannot guarantee full restoration to factory condition.
  • Older vehicles or vehicles with previous paint damage may have limited results or risks involved. We’ll consult with you before proceeding with any high-risk service.

Payment and Pricing:

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept cash, card, e transfer, and sending invoices.
  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and specific customer requests.
  • Additional charges may apply for pet hair, excessive dirt, or biohazard clean-up.
  • Price is subject to change if the vehicles agreed upon condition in the booking is far different than the genuine in person condition

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If agreed upon service cannot be done to ideal condition service is subject to price change.
  • Any form of refund will be accredited to future services
  • Re work provided for genuine human error

Liability:

  • We carry out all services with care and attention, but we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dings, fading, stains).
    • Damage due to weak or compromised paint/trim.
    • Damage to aftermarket parts not installed by the manufacturer.
  • You authorize us to operate and move your vehicle if needed to complete the service.

Weather Policy:

  • Re schedules due to extreme weather will be re-scheduled for quality and safety reasons.
  • Contact will occur promptly to rebook for inconvenience

Photos and Media:

  • We may take before/after photos of your vehicle for quality assurance, marketing and liability.
  • By accepting service, you give us permission to use these photos unless you request otherwise in writing.

Changes to terms:
